You can always reset your password via our Password reset tool here.
After resetting password, you can try logging in by using the new password.
We suggest you to try relaunching the app or restarting the phone.
To relaunch the app, visit Setting -> Application -> Manage Application -> TalkBox -> Force Stop.
You may have turned off your Location sharing. To turn on the Location sharing, visit the phone’s Setting -> Location and Security. Check the item to enable location sharing via wireless or GPS satellites. Relaunch the app shall give you location sharing.
We identified some of devices (i.e. Nexus S, Galaxy S) may face battery draining problem, our engineers are working hard to solve the problem right now, and we will fix this issue in the future update. If you’re facing this issue, we suggest you to uninstall the app to stop the battery consumption and stay tuned to our future update.
The current version of Android Talkbox only support Android 2.1 or above. Please update your Android version accordingly to enjoy Talkbox. Thanks and kindly stay tuned.
